1. Try to pay for near the low end and upgrade. Do not buy the most expensive house on the block. This will help you understand endorsement on your property and grasp a nice slice of profit when selling.

2. Even if you do not have kids and have no purpose of every having them, always try to buy in the best school district. Remember, potential buyers of your property may have children and they will be looking in areas with good schools.
